4. Participating Vendors

Participation in Car Part Leads HQ does not create any agency, partnership, employment, franchise, representative, joint venture, or fiduciary relationship between Car Part Leads HQ and any participating vendor.
Participating vendors are solely responsible for their own business conduct, licensing, advertising, representations, pricing, inventory, payment practices, customer service, warranties, returns, refunds, shipping, and compliance with applicable laws.
5. Buyer and Vendor Transactions
Car Part Leads HQ provides buyer inquiries and contact information only. Any sale, purchase, payment, quote, invoice, warranty, delivery, shipment, return, refund, repair, installation, or other transaction is solely between the buyer and the participating vendor.
Car Part Leads HQ is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and a participating vendor. We do not receive payment for parts sold by participating vendors, and we do not control or supervise any transaction between a buyer and a participating vendor.
6. No Responsibility for Automotive Parts
Car Part Leads HQ does not own, inspect, describe, price, advertise for sale, sell, purchase, package, ship, install, repair, rebuild, remanufacture, test, or warrant any automotive part offered or sold by a participating vendor.
Car Part Leads HQ is not responsible for the condition, quality, compatibility, mileage, description, pricing, availability, warranty, delivery, installation, performance, legality, or fitness of any automotive part purchased from a participating vendor.
Any questions, complaints, warranty claims, shipping issues, returns, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, fraud claims, non-delivery claims, incorrect part claims, or disputes relating to an automotive part must be directed to the participating vendor involved in the transaction.
7. No Control Over Vendor Conduct
Car Part Leads HQ does not control the honesty, business practices, financial condition, licensing, payment processing, representations, inventory, fulfillment, customer service, shipping practices, warranty practices, privacy practices, or security practices of any participating vendor.
Buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before purchasing from any participating vendor, including verifying business identity, payment terms, warranty terms, shipping terms, return terms, and any other information important to the buyer.
8. Buyer Inquiry Quality
Buyer inquiries are submitted voluntarily by consumers or generated through consumer interest in automotive parts. Car Part Leads HQ works to provide relevant buyer inquiries, but we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, purchase intent, budget, vehicle ownership, response behavior, or ultimate outcome of any buyer inquiry.
Car Part Leads HQ does not guarantee sales, revenue, profit, conversion rate, call answer rate, buyer availability, inquiry volume, or return on investment.
9. Exclusive and Shared Programs
Depending on the program selected, buyer inquiries may be delivered exclusively to one participating vendor or shared with a limited number of participating vendors. Program availability may vary by market, part category, lead type, vendor participation, inventory demand, and other business factors.
10. Vendor Responsibilities
Participating vendors agree to use buyer inquiries only for legitimate business purposes and to comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and industry laws and regulations.
Vendors agree not to resell, redistribute, publish, transfer, or misuse buyer inquiries without written authorization from Car Part Leads HQ. Vendors must protect buyer information and use it only for responding to the buyer's automotive part request.
Vendors are solely responsible for their communications with buyers, quotes, invoices, payment collection, order fulfillment, shipping, warranties, refunds, returns, chargebacks, and all customer service matters.
11. Payments for Car Part Leads HQ Services
Payment terms for Car Part Leads HQ services are established at the time of enrollment, purchase, invoice, or written agreement. Failure to maintain payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
Purchasing lead generation services does not guarantee sales, revenue, profits, or any specific business result.
12. Refunds

Participating vendors agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Car Part Leads HQ, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the vendor's business practices, communications with buyers, sale of parts, payment collection, shipping, warranties, returns, refunds, fraud, data handling, legal compliance, or misuse of buyer inquiries.
